We have completed and had the Rules Committee Review the IT & Communications Policy Manual. It will be our policy manual moving forward.
We have come up with a way using Facebook that should help obtain new members and work toward affiliating some of our unaffiliated counties, and it will be presented/motioned at the meeting.
We've also completed the verification to run political ads earlier this year, which was another of our goals on the planning deck.
We've been contacting other CRM's to see about removing our website from National so we have more control and less wait time getting simple things completed. I'm gathering notes and prices and will present to the committee and the EC once complete. Nation Builder seems like the best option with plenty of powerful but easy to use features, but it will definitely be a bit cost prohibitive at around $1,100 per month for 50,000 subscribers (people who we can text and email directly through the system as many times as we want).
Lastly, we've started the process of working on LPFCon website and plan on having it completed by July 31 and ready to launch.
