Monroe
Same as last month: We have set up the Monroe basic website, but we are still waiting on Steven to plug it into his domain. Once we get Monroe rolling, we should be able to template the work and roll them out for other unaffiliated counties across the state, allowing us to start gathering email addresses and information from interested individuals.

• Steven thinks it might be best to find some fresh blood. We could do a text blast or potentially use some funds for a mailer or text campaign (approximately $100). I previously reached out to the Chair with this request, and he approved it.
• I sent Steven the updated LPF Monroe voter list on 8/16.
• Steven thinks we could potentially divide into three sections: Upper Keys, Middle Keys, and Lower Keys, to help tackle the distance challenges.

• August 2023: LPF 1,826 of 1,606,662 electors (net -340); compared to 2,166 in January 2023, this represents a -15.7% decrease.
• January 2023: LPF 2,166 of 1,605,612 electors (net -83); compared to 2,249 in October 2022, this represents a -3.7% decrease.
• October 2022: LPF 2,249 of 1,619,374 electors (net +23)
• September 2022: LPF 2,226 of 1,609,701 electors
