Beth Johnson (Convention Committee Chair) joined us to discuss the annual convention in June. The convention committee is working on sponsor levels and vendors and will have more information for this committee in the next week or so.
Working on upcoming quarterly fundraising party in Palm Beach. Date of event is TBD, but will be in early March 2025. Lisa is putting together information on a few locations for the next meeting. Scott will be reaching out to Steven Nekheila to inquire about flags to be used for auction at event.
Lisa has set up for each EC member fundraising links for their socials. The past month we had raised around $400 via those links.
Next meeting is scheduled for Sunday January 19, 2025 following the LPF EC meeting via Zoom.
