Minutes for 8/28/2024 - Approved, no objection.
Old Business
P.C.’s proposals for constitution and standing rule revisions. - Article V Section 2 A for a members rights item for the voluntary checking out of delegates for the purposes of quorum for the second day. More discussion to follow in the Rules Discord. P.C. to resubmit next meeting.
Comments from VC concerning strengthening of contracting requirements surrounding the JFC agreement review. Need specific examples of arguments made and ambiguity raised in the existing text.
New Business
Now that the Kennedy Campaign is no longer active, the question has been by Mr. Roos if the JFC (the one previously discussed, not a new one) is a valid agreement that the LPF can enter into under the current rules or if the currents can be modified to make that agreement possible? - Discussed, asked and answer in previous JFC correspondence.
Discussion
Lisa Gansky brought up an item from the 22 convention involving an eventbright activity and the raised funds.
