Miami-Dade
LPMD Meeting, November 14, 2023. Friendsgiving + business meeting at my place, fun!

• Several folks heading to Fort Myers for the Mises Circle (Mises Institute) event with Bob Murphy and others Nov 4 - great event, not many folks from Miami. Same weekend as Cannafest.
• Paddle Board/Kayak Cleanup Biscayne Bay Nov 12. Great event, blog post here: https://lpmiamidade.org/2023/11/14/environmental-change-through-action/

Monroe
Have set up Monroe basic website, but we still need to plug into Steven's domain -- waiting on Steven. Once we get Monroe rolling, we should be able to templatize the work and roll them out for other unaffiliated counties so we can start gathering email and interested people's information.

• Steven thinks it might be best to find some fresh blood. Could do a text blast, could potentially use some funds for that for mailer or text campaign (~$100). Reached out to Chair w/this request.
• I sent Steven the updated LPF Monroe voter list on 8/16.
• Steven thinks we could potentially divide into three sections, Upper/Middle/Lower Keys, potentially. Three chapters, to help tackle the distance challenges.
• Related News: Steven is running for Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
