Audit Committee met and reviewed the proposed fundraiser contract.
Given past concerns with properly tracking fundraiser’s income versus general donations the Committee recommended that a method be mutually agreed between the LPF and the Fundraiser on tracking funds from the Fundraisers efforts. This recommendation was passed on to the LPF Chair who agreed to consider this change for submission to the full EC
