Escambia: Not-yet-affiliated. Reached out to legacy member to make compliance update. Will follow up late Feb/early March.
Okaloosa: Not-yet-affiliated. Only made minimal efforts of posting in social media channels of potential members.
Santa Rosa: Affiliated.
- February Social and Business Meeting will be held Saturday February 22nd at 2pm CST (3pm EST) at The Vine Wine Bar, Bistro & Shoppe (8211 Navarre Pkwy, Navarre, FL 32566).
Walton: Not-yet-affiliated. Contacted a former Volusia member who is moving to Walton County of possibly registering LPF when moved.
Reminder to affiliate & potential affiliate Chair and Treasurer: financial report periods & filing deadlines for 2025:
-1/1/25-3/31/25 due 4/10/25, 4/1/25-6/30/25 due 7/10/25, 7/1/25-9/30/25 due 10/10/25, 101/25-12/31/25 due 1/12/2026.
Reminded Region 1 members in Discord channels re-affiliation paperwork (Audit, Petition to (re)Affiliate, Appointment of Campaign Treasurer and Minutes of election of new officers meeting) window is open and offered assistance for getting paperwork done. Due 4/1/2025.
