I have been spending most of my time working on my new position as HOA Board Vice President for a 2400 home community.
In late November Early December we used FL statute 720 to adjourn the annual meeting until a quorum could be obtained.
The previous board provided no turn over assistance (none ran for reelection)
We have reconstituted the support committees
We have completed our annual financial report
We have established an executive committee to address long term infrastructure issues and assess the governing ducuments.
Currently the region has 3 active affiliates.
Establishing an Osceola County Affiliate is my goal this year.
