Unfortunately, I missed the September EC meeting because the entire family was down sick. Since then however, I did hold the Committee Chairs and Officers Meetings the following week. I was also invited to attend VibeFest in Fort Walton Beach to participate in a town hall/debate among a R and a D regarding local governance and how important it is to focus there; however, the event was cancelled temporarily. I'm told it will be rescheduled, and when it is, it'll be a great opportunity to get our philosophies and policies to the greater public. In addition, I've contributed to many press releases, content on the website, and even letters to the editor. I'm seeing new members join on a regular basis, which is fantastic news given recent declines in membership. Now to get them to contribute through the Communications Committee's automation efforts and we'll be in a good place.
