Baker (unaffiliated): No updates at this time.
Clay (affiliated): Clay County represents one of two affiliated counties within Region 5. They held an October Meeting and Social on October 26th.
Duval (affiliated): Duval County represents the other affiliated county within Region 5. The affiliate hosted a monthly social on November 16th which featured guest speaker, Melissa Villar of NORML. Members of the affiliate joined together in early November to clean-up Lennonx Avenue in Jacksonville and its candidates attended candidate training with Anthony Welti. The affiliate also created Halloween candy packets that included LPF messaging and handed them out in the neighborhood of the county affiliate chair, DL Cummings.
Nassau (unaffiliated): No new updates.
St. Johns (unaffiliated): Social gathering occurred on November 3rd at 6:00 PM at Sarbez in St. Augustine. Attended by five potential members which involved discussions for monthly meetings to hopefully affiliate in the first quarter of 2022.
Region Rep Updates
I attended the General Membership call in this cycle, the Candidate Committee call, and the special meeting call.
Future Goals
Compile list of registered and active LPF voters in Nassau and Baker counties to reach out to regarding potential affiliate startups.
Work towards affiliating the St. Johns County based upon the social gathering held this month.
