-connected with clay county affiliate about setting up a monthly meeting and re affiliating their group
-end of March meet up in Nassau was rescheduled for end of April. Talked to Raquel about doing more events on the beaches in Nassau

* Business Meeting on April 5th postponed to April 19th; our restaurant host moved locations but was not open as expected, neither was the restaurant that took over their old space
* Three events this month: Waffle House Meetup (14th), Tax Day Protest (18th), Social (19th)
* Philippe Cadorette provided updated bylaws for review. Will provide at next meeting with a full month for review
* DL attended a local event with Florida Freedom Keepers; they reached out to invite him and our three candidates to speak at their next event on May 22
* Quarterly report to SOE submitted and acknowledged
