At-Large 3 Monthly Report 07/17/22
General Notes:
This report covers the period between June 13th and June 17th, 2022.
Notes for Audit: Committee read a Convention audit report prepared by Patrick Leistner; this raised several questions covered in the report prepared by Chairman Gilmore. Additional note to come out of that meeting is a question of where the professional photos are that were taken at the convention.
Notes for Platform: Larry Gillis filed the report. I will be coving Larry at the EC Meeting report.
St. Lucie County update: No new notes for St. Lucie.
General notes: This month I have made a push to increase the resiliency of the organization. I forwarded to the officers a copy of the National Platform Committee manual, this document can be scaled down to meet the needs of the LPF and used as template for all the LPF committees going forward. Conferenced with the Communications chair to determine her needs; got set-up with a Base Camp account. Conferenced with Mr. Sellers to determine any pressing needs for the CRM and IT exercises.
