Motion: I move that the EC vote to approve the budget of $35,316 for the 2023 LPF Convention and Business Meeting. The breakdown is attached below.
Mover: Brian Fleming
Desired: The Convention Committee passed the motion unanimously to use the attached budget for the 2023 LPF Convention. We received feedback from the Audit Committee during one of their meetings and made most of the suggested changes. We have also worked with the Fundraising Committee and they are supportive of the projections/goals that we have identified.
I would like to point out that we are in a better position this year as far as advertising is concerned. We worked on a plan with the Communications Committee, and they are supportive of all our planned actions.
