Reviewed Motions for December EC Meeting.
Assisted IT Director update member contacts in CRM as part of final clean up process
Have reviewed and manually updated 4,675 member contact records in toto (out of original 4,885) at an average of 5 minutes per record (23,375 minutes = 389.58 hours).
Expect to have competed shortly before end of December 2022
Will advise IT Director when ready for export to LP CRM
Engaged in dialog with new who is interested in getting involved and to run for office
Notified local at large director in new member’s county of residence

Unable to attend affiliate meeting on December 13, arranged for proxy.
Rules Committee completed and approved ByLaws revisions
Prepared 16 motions to amend

Prepared Rules Committee Amendment Proposals packet for adoption
All 16 motions approved by EC

Was present for Membership Meeting, but no quorum and technical difficulties prevented meeting from taking place.

Processed all new LPF member applications (9) between November 17th and December 14th.
Decrease of 35 for the entire period from previous month (80% decrease)
Only 3 requests for membership were received Dec 1 to Dec 14, none for 11 days, where they usually occur on a fairly regular cycle,
Could be holiday effect (people too busy with other things to ask to be members), but also noticed increased voter re-registrations of existing members to other parties starting in August.
Processed Pending membership requests.
Processed all pending requests for eligibility status changes and updates for last report because October disc arrived early. November 30 disc not yet arrived
Current Pending membership up 7 of the new membership requests to 69 from 62.
Current Members (New, Current, and Renewed) 2,531.
Working with LP CRM Data Improvement Team, but de-duping CRM contact records on hold due to on-going Raiser’s Edge import process.
