LPF Fundraising Committee Report

Committee Objectives:
- Working on sorting through and understanding the current state of our contribution data. Waiting on database updating to get current. Also waiting on feedback and info from Tony Sellers (consulting Andy Burns) on how to sort different categories of contacts in the reports.
- Working weekly with Tara DeSisto and Tony Sellers to discover the best ways to set up data and systems
- Donor Cards will be presented at the convention - Saturday dinner by Steven Nekhaila.
- Standing on Marc Golob’s shoulders, the 100 @ $25 campaign will be launched at the Saturday morning business meeting during the Fundraising report.
Action Items Completed:
Settled on Donor Card amount levels. - yearly donation total of: Lead - $120 ($10/month), Iron - $250($20/month), Copper - $500($41/month), Gold - $1000+($83+/month)
Action Items in Progress/Pending:
- Mara Stevens - pricing for donor cards letters/certificates, designing and writing donor cards letters/certificates, and social media frames
- Pre-launch 100 @ $25 campaign calls split among 5 members
- Voting on budget request to ExCom for printing and campaign materials - completed via Facebook Group vote. Committee voted to approve a budget request from the Executive Committee with 4 yes and an abstain from the ex-officio.
Business:
*Motion to request $437 from the LPF Executive Committee detailed this way: (a) $300 for pins, (b) $100 for donor letter printing costs, and (c) $37 for certificate and/or letter printing costs.*
