We have completed the creation of a communications plan and are beginning to regularly use it to keep us on track with messaging. We've outlined and are working on putting together the first monthly e-newsletter. It's set to go out the third week of every month to our email audience on Mailchimp (20k+). In addition, we're currently working on creating subcommittees and an IT policy manual that we can use for future committees. Our next meeting will be on January 25.
