LPF SECRETARY REPORT FOR 2023 Annual Business Meeting
During the past year, I've performed all prescribed secretary duties, including EC meeting notifications, preparation and dissemination of meeting agendas, minutes, and attendance records; tracking leadership changes of the EC and committees, tracking of motions, credentialing of LPF members, and oversight of county affiliates, as well as ex-officio membership on the Rules, Membership, and Affiliate Support Committees. In my position as ex-officio member, I've made an effort to be more active on the Rules Committee, and will try to be more active on Membership and Affiliate Support in the coming year. I also continued serving as Chair of the Santa Rosa County affiliate until the expiration of my term, and was then elected the County Secretary. Now heading into the final year of my term as LPF Secretary, it's hard to believe I've been in the position for nearly four years. Supposedly a thankless position, I've had numerous people thank and support me every step of the way. It's been an honor. Enjoy the convention. I'll take any questions.
