The previous term's committee has just about finished the IT Policy Manual. We should have it finished by our next meeting, at which point we will submit it to the Rules Committee for review to ensure we are in compliance with all Standing Rules and Bylaws. After that we will make any recommended edits before submitting it to the EC for a vote. We have reached out to the new committee members and will have our first meeting of the term on the 24th to go over the goals and planning deck for 2023 and set some expectations and assign roles. We're also working toward filling out the communications plan starting from November 2024 (Election) and moving backward with pre-planned messaging for Social Media, Website, and Video etc.
