Post Convention ASC has contacted old members and new interested members as well as some of the regional representatives about steps moving forward. Brian Flemming volunteered to assist with reorganizing Basecamp into 2 groups. a working group for the committee, and an easy to navigate useful guide for affiliate use. He will also assist with setting up a task list for the new team and ensuring that everyone who needs basecamp access can do so easily.
After the monthly business meeting and appointments the new voting members will be called to our first meeting to go over the vision deck, choose assignments, and set the first ASC Budget meeting date.
Lisa Gansky is also assisting from Communications to put out a guide to assist comms contributors, ASC, membership, and affiliates with messaging strategy and cohesiveness.
