On September 5th, the Audit Committee (Lee Korotzer and John Thompson in attendance) met with Director Roos and discussed the Nation Builder proposal for the LPF currently being negotiated by the Communications Committee. The reviewed proposal was found to be reasonable in scope and fee. The Audit Committee advises the LPF Executive Committee that an investment of this magnitude should include a well-prepared roll-out plan and robust operating plan to make use of this significant investment. The contract term of 18 month should include a understanding that at least three months will be spent in start-up activities, but the Party should be every effort to fully utilize the software stack if the executive chooses to make that investment.
