The Committee met with representatives from the Convention Committee to review their proposed contract for the 2025 State Convention. We have provided feedback and support the submission of a meeting motion to the EC to approve the contract.
I also, spoke to the Treasurer. The Audit Committee will be meeting in September with the Treasurer to begin identifying and documenting areas that need clear processes for when a Treasurer changes hands as well as other concerns the Treasurer wishes to discuss.
