With our contract secured and unanimously voted for by the audit committee and the EC, we have began phase 2 of our planning. We have been getting an idea of what our meal packages look like, materials/equipment we will need, and speakers & events which will be profitable for the LPF. The committee is set to meet in person on October 5th in order to get a rock solid idea of how we cam optimally utilize our rented space. So far we're on track to having the most profitable convention in years, and the whole team is excited to keep up the momentum.
