For this reporting period, I can finally say I've been in contact with a Libertarian in R11. Regrettably, this contact came in the form of them having to reach out to me as I am still awaiting access to NationBuilder so that I may contact Libertarians in R11 myself. Beyond that one contact, and repeating requests to access NationBuilder, I have nothing else to report for R11 during this period.
