The Audit Committee met this month.
The formal agenda was to bring Ed Appler up to speed. John Thompson could not attend and was excused.
We had an LPF member join the call to ask some questions. Unfortunately we needed JT to assist with the answers to some of the questions raised.

We discussed the ned to identify an individual who would and could take over the Treasurer position come June when Mr Sokol will resign.
